Services Description
AI Search Audit provides AI search visibility auditing, website optimization, website development, and monitoring services for businesses. Service deliverables and timelines are described on our Services and Pricing pages.
Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of ordering. We accept major credit cards and electronic payment methods. All prices are in USD. Refunds for AI Visibility Reports are available within 30 days if you are not satisfied.
Deliverables
AI Visibility Reports are delivered within 3-5 business days. Technical Fix Packages are completed within 5-10 business days. Website Rebuilds are completed within 2-4 weeks. These timelines are estimates and may vary based on project complexity.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate business information, grant necessary access to your website and online accounts as needed for service delivery, and respond to our communications in a timely manner.
No Guarantees
While we use industry best practices, we cannot guarantee specific rankings, AI platform appearances, or business outcomes. AI search algorithms are controlled by third parties and change frequently.
Intellectual Property
Reports and deliverables created for you are your property. Our methodologies, tools, and processes remain our intellectual property.
Limitation of Liability
AI Search Audit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.
Termination
Monthly monitoring services can be cancelled at any time with 30 days notice. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
